Welcome to the Maple Student Help Center. This is a community to get help on effectively using Maple for your courses. This forum will be supported by Maplesoft staff as well as experienced users in the Maple Primes community. Please take the time to read the MaplePrimes Community Guidelines.  In addition to these guidelines, the following elaborates more specifically to the Student Help Forum:

• Be respectful to other members.  We want everyone to find this forum safe and useful. This message board is meant to be a place for students to come and post questions about math and Maple without fear of ridicule from others.
• There are no stupid questions, only stupid people.  If you think someone has posted an inappropriate question then please ignore it, and if need be notify an admin.
• When replying to a question, do not simply answer with “see the help page” or responses of that nature.
• Post in the appropriate forum; this will help make sure your questions are answered in a timely manner. The student forums are intended for math-related questions covering topics from late high school to second year college/university. For more advanced topics, please use the regular MaplePrimes forums.  Below is a guide to help explain what topics should be posted where.  If you do not post in the appropriate forms an admin may move your post to the appropriate forum.
  
  • How do I … in Maple? (student) is meant for finding out how to solve specific types of problems using Maple
  • Math advice (student): meant for help on math topics/work as opposed to the software
  • Help Center suggestions:  meant for giving feedback to Maplesoft on ways to improve this Student Help Center
  • Student chatter:  just about anything and everything can be posted here (school, music, TV shows, what you ate for dinner, etc.)
• Do your own homework…do not come here and expect other people to do it for you.  But, if you're genuinely stuck you'll likely be able to get help.
