Any bug fixes

      <itunes:summary>I notice that the improvements were to tools supporting multi-process programming which may, or may not, include bug fixes in that area.

Are there any bug fixes you can comment on for this update? </itunes:summary>

      <itunes:summary>
With respect to the Grid package, the 15.01 update fixes the following:

  - a possible deadlock when relaunching commands on a different number of nodes each time

  - some issues with Grid:-Seq, including automatic export of protected names, and partitioning of certain sequences

  - several issues with launching distributed processes in "mpi" mode (which requires the toolbox)
</itunes:summary>

tab-shift still broken on linux

      <itunes:summary>
Hi:

tab-shift is still broken on linux in the 15.01 version. In particular when one runs in a worksheet mode with standard 1d input - it does seem to work in other scenarios.

It was discussed in this post:

http://www.mapleprimes.com/questions/101111-Keyboard-Shortcuts--Customization

I have also submitted a bug report via More->Submit Software Change Request.

Any chance this could get looked at?

Also what are the chances of adding customizable keyboard shortcuts?

thanks
</itunes:summary>

There are no other fixes in this release beyond the things already mentioned. Maple 15.01 was released sooner than we usually put out point releases because it was needed to support MapleSim 5, so it is a relatively small update. We will probably release another update in the coming months.
</itunes:summary>

Update to MATLAB toolbox applied?

      <itunes:summary>
I've noticed some incompatibilities with Mape's symbolic toolbox for MATLAB. The release notes for the 15.01 update say there were some changes to support MATLAB 2011a (which is what I'm running). I applied the update but I don't see any of the files changed in the MATLAB toolbox. Is there more to do to actually apply the update to the MATLAB directory?

The inconsistency I'm hoping is fixed is: "A = sym('A',[1,5])" to define a vector/matrix of symbolic values. This works fine with MATLAB's symbolic toolbox, but fails with Maple's.
</itunes:summary>
