<itunes:summary>
fine ... however when I try at work it is slow. Now I try it at home,
which does not better: it needs minutes (!) to load. Why should I look
up the www help to point a questioner to the very point?

My guess: switch off the Maple frame, restrict to essentials and just
link to Maple's page (which would make it clearer where to enter an
item to search).

Example: I entered "sturmseq" (at the left search box). Result is
"sturm" (while "sturmseq" is at the result page), "Sturm sequence"
returns a list (containing "sturm", but not "sturmseq"), while some
"strom seq" or "storm sequence" gives nothing reasonable.

Which is a bit poor for www technologies. So there is room for some
improvement :-)
</itunes:summary>

      <itunes:summary>
I see this Online Help as a good step forward. The mean load time that I observe is about 1s. Not so slow, but it could be faster.

Perhaps my main objection from an early inspection is that most input is shown in 2D mode, implying a png file for each input line. And the alternate text for these images is missing.

So, on the one hand, it is not possible to copy&paste such input into a worksheet or editor (instead of downloading the whole worksheet). And on the other hand, the length of this graphic representation may be much larger than the length of the text itself (something like a 800B file for 20 characters). So, I think that web help pages with text input would load somewhat faster.

      <itunes:summary>
A search for Kronecker finds a single result. Using Help in Maple 13, a search for Kronecker finds five Help pages, and three dictionary pages.
suggestions

      <itunes:summary>
It is great to see Maple's help online.

The feedback mechanism on each page looks useful.

As first-versions go, it is very good. (It's very hard to make the first version of anything near perfect.) And since it is online it can be adjusted or improved independently of Maple patch releases.

I have a few suggestions for improvements:

When a search would return only one item, then display it immediately (that is how Maple's own Help works). Right now it shows a page with just the link to the single result.

Provide the alternate text in the properties on any 2D Math output. (Mapleprimes does this.)

Have the subsections of a help-page be url targets, so that one can link to the offset Examples, See Also, Description, CallingSequence, etc.

Provide a way to get all the Examples as 1D Maple Notation. Maple's own Help has a toggle for this, but the Online Help might provide 1D with its own mechanism.

Have a better way to deal with hidden code in the Applications worksheets. I realize this could be difficult, but otherwise application pages like the one for Image Processing appear obscure.

Make the site faster.

The information for titles for individual pages is certainly availaible (it gets used nicely in the table-of-contents in the left-bar). But it doesn't get properly used in the summaries on the right. For example, going to this summary page shows titles like Student/plot_options while the table-of-contents shows the much nicer Plot Options. It could be set out more nicely on the right as Student / Plot Options. There are many more unreadable examples, such as on the Error Message Guide summary here. Again, the table-of-contents demonstrates that the nicer name is available.

      <itunes:summary>
I would like to know which is the update plan for these online help pages. I.e. update their contents in sync with the release of Maple versions or keep updating them independently, in advance wrt these releases.
</itunes:summary>

ignored words?

      <itunes:summary>
I tried to use the Search facility in the Online Help to look up the help-page for the Maple command use. (Such a help-page exists inside Maple itself.)

But instead of showing a link to the appropriate online help, it showed a page saying,"Your search term contained only ignored words. Please enter a different keyword."
