&lt;p&gt;It looks like it might be a .mw worksheet which has been saved or uploaded with the wrong (.mws) filename extension.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, your Windows thinks it should open it with the Classic GUI, but the Classic GUI doesn't understand it (because it is not actually.mws).&lt;/p&gt;
