It seems to be a problem with Windows 7 where the pinned shortcut in the task bar is disassociated with the program and will no longer open, but if you open a worksheet or start the program via Explorer, it works.</p> <p>I managed to fix it by unpinning it from the task bar and pinning a new shortcut onto the task bar.
