L(:,1:m) is the same as L[..,1..m] in Maple

I'm not sure what the ; is in [90;90] or in v(1;1:m) others are probably more matlab knowledgable than myself.

in matlb [90;90] is a vector , but when i write L[1..2,1]:=90 this in maple 13 ,the maple dissplayed 90.

so there is a mistake?

ok [90;90] is just a 1x2 vector with values of 90 in each spot

L[1 .. 2, 1] := 90;is an assignment, to show type: L;
