&lt;p&gt;The solution should be&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;r_1=0.175&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; r_2=0.055&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
