      <itunes:summary>Sad to say but your level of confidence,
and comfortability with Maple, will depend
on the time the user has spent using it.

I was in your situation a while ago, and I
still call myself a novice.

I found a book written for Maple 6 and just
plunged through the examples to get acquainted
with maple essentials.

there's also no avoiding reading those painful
help files on whatever your trying to use in
maple.

Sorry about the bad news, but it does get better.

just keep doodling and experimenting with
maple as much as you can, in addition to
using this site for help.
