delay and refresh problems

There is a delay. Or if you reply as a comment to an answer it will not appear at the top.

Also if you have an older version of internet explorer, mapleprimes does not work well, it is unfriendly to older versions of Internet Explorer.

You may also run into an existing problem of properly refreshing the site.

1 - When you refresh the recent/all page it updates and refreshes properly.
2 - However, if you have already opened a question page, go to it again and refresh it is not updated.

The only way around this is to empty the cache and reload the page.

However (sigh), I can see that your post is at the top.

It seems that the threads in the "questions" page are ordered following the creation time, and not the last-reply time. This would explain why my answer at the older thread is not there. It seems an illogical way to order the threads, btw. Is there a way to change this behaviour?

When you reply to any thread, it will appear at the top of the "Recent" page. It also will appear underneath "Active Conversations" in the right sidebar.

The Questions page lists the most recently asked questions, not the most recently replied to questions.

There is no need to re-open the thread, since it will be at the top of the Recent page, other users should see it and if they have an answer, reply.

Hi,

ok for the delay, I understand. I'm a linux user, and I'm using chrome to surf.

I cleared the cache, but I still don't see my answer at my older thread. I have not understood what you told about the replies not going at the top of the stack. I went to my older thread, pressed "reply" to the last message there, and replied. If it doesn't go at the top of the last questions how can people reply to it?
