can one not call by a batch script? I vaguely remember there is something similar on WIN (instead of bat on DOS)

May be giving a concrete example might show you suggestions.

Well, as I said: I do not care for the language of processes. But what you see is just the lognormal f from above,
which shows the 2 different signs match.

I do not want to work through this: I used pricing with a density (and showed that the Maple sheet is nonsense).

For the translation you have to go through Hull, especially relating drift and rates. You cant do that with Maple
(without developping it). The approaches are too different, though finally identify.

that always puzzled me, I will never understand how to use it safely ... in such I way, that I knew it is properly used (or not) - at least 'assuming' mostly works for me

What ever you want to communicate ...

Yes, the execution time of that worksheet is quick for me too on an 'oldish' office PC  (Win XP SP2, 1GB memory, 2 GHz).

I think that it becomes problem, if Maple has to process something for display or output.

As it seems to depend on the user environment: mine is Win XP and *only* the true interface (vulgo: Classical).

If cut & paste for large parts are needed, then I only take the input command - ending with a double point, not a semicolon. Thus Maple has nothing to do for displaying.

Sometimes I also cut & paste to Winword and clean up the first 2 places at the beginning of lines (greather sign + blank) by just replacing linebreak + greather sign + blank by linebreak
