I think the problem was in the use of the function simplify as Marc Love said, I did it again without using simplify and I got the same result in both Maple and Matlab... just I had trouble while doing copy-past of the generated code in maple to Matlab's editor because of the very very big size of the expressions which were a bit smaller by using simplify :D ....
