can you give another examples of command,i don't really understand about frandom initializer..

i have random number that is equally distributed.firstly i want to generate 10000 random number and divide the (0,1) axis into 10 equal intervals.after that i want to plot histogram based on the information given. can anyone help me in giving any idea to plot based on this concepts?
