Hi Martina: Sorry this answer is coming many months after your post. I have not been to Maple Primes for a while.

As to your question, the upgrade of the Maple MSK to Maple 18 needed an update of the Maple MSK. For example, as you found, the shortcut was not automatically installed on the desktop. That has been fixed. There was an issue with entry of answers into text boxes in Maple 18. Fixed. In any case, from the thread, you seem to have resolved your issues. The Maple MSK is a powerful tool for mastery of fundamentals in math from grade 8 to university and I am always looking for ways to improve it.
