@ Markiyan Hirnyk 3903 : The cylinders are allowed to be intersecting for sure. However, considering my problem which is a random distribution of cellulose fibres it would be not possible in reallity. I think in first approximation the solution proposed is enough. But if you find a way to introduce the condition to avoid this intersection... I'm interested !

For the capping, I'm working on it. Maybe I can find something using the plottools[cylinder] sequence instead of the tubeplot one.... Let see...
