mapleSTUDIO or make plotting easy to use

With mapleSTUDIO you can plot functions in 2D and 3D. Animating your plots won't be a problem any time. This is the easiest way to plot your functions.
You can use it here online on mapleNET or you can download it and run the worksheet on your Computer. For adding new components to this worksheet I will only change the file on mapleprimes, but the name and the URL will be the same. So you should bookmark the mapleNET-URL for using the newest version of mapleSTUDIO. You can also add my Blog to your Feed-Reader, so you will know, when a new version is available.
With the next version their will come some examples in my Blog, how to do different things with mapleSTUDIO.
It would be great to get some feedback how it runs in your browser. Does the applet run correctly?
So try it and enjoy the smart way of plotting.

MapleStudio is a nice way to plot!

Jan, I tried out your MapleStudio plotting application on MapleNet. I like it a lot. It is very easy to use. I especially like that you can rotate 3-D plots on the web, which is fabulous.

Here's a MapleStudio demo I really like: Using 3D (animated), enter the function f := cos(t*x*y) with variable ranges x := 0..1 and y := 0..1 and parameter range t := 0..6*Pi. If you run the animation with the Oscillate and Continuous options, it will run forwards, run backwards, and then repeat. It looks really cool! :-)

I did have a couple of problems, though:

1. When I try to type in a long function, a scroll bar appears and overwrites the input field so that I can no longer see or edit my entry. This only happens on MapleNet.

2. When I download the worksheet and try to run it on my computer, I get an error: "incorrect syntax in parse: unexpected number (5)" This doesn't happen on MapleNet.

I hope you can do something about these problems. Thanks again for an interesting worksheet!
