I'm a master-degree student at the Instutite of Mathematical Sciences and Computation at Univesity of São Paulo in the city of São Carlos. I've been studying the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equations since 2007. From this time, I´ve been using Maple as a tool to plot the phase portrait of the vector fields in the plane and in the space. Maple is an useful tool in this area, besides giving some help with solving equations in plotting functions.
