We're sorry for the resolution troubles with Maple 2021. 

Could you tell us more about your system? Details like if it has multiple monitors, 4K displays, what scaling settings are configured for the display where those screenshots were captured, does it improve with different scaling settings, etc?

Also does it have the latest display drivers from the manufacturer?

A new Maple 2021.1 update installer for Mac is available and can be downloaded here. The new installer works on all versions of macOS we currently support (10.14 and later).

If you were previously encountering problems downloading the update on macOS 10.14, please download the update again to get the new update installer. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can we confirm that we have at least added <BINDIR> to the DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable and set the MAPLE environment variable? 

jopenmaple should be found in the BINDIR as libjopenmaple.jnilib
