@Kitonum I have fixed that but I'm still getting 2 values for each value of x which I don't think I should be

I did this and it gave me an answer, however I think I now have a new problem

I'm getting the same values for any value of x that I enter, i also dont see why there would be two values for 1 value of x

 

@Kitonum thanks for responding, I used solve instead of fsolve and this appeared 

f := {c1 = 0, c2 = -RootOf(2*_Z^2-1), c3 = 0, c4 = RootOf(2*_Z^2-1)}

 

also no error appears when I use the other roots of x, 0 and 1, only the other 2
