Dear Mr Kjelberg,

The Analysis template is currently limited to linear systems that can be represented with the Dynamic Systems package of Maple. We are working in order to overcome these limitations in a further release.

However, you could maybe use the Equations template, get the equations from your subsystem and then create "manually" the system of equations you want to analyze. All the templates are done with standard Maple functions and could be considered as examples of what you can do with Maple from a model, but fortunately your are not limited to these templates: you can do whatever you like, using the power of Maple. Even create your own templates !

After simulating your model, when you click on the button "Result Manager", you can select the simulation you have done and click on the Export button.
It exports the numerical values of your probes in a CSV file. You can then open this file and look at the values of the probes for any time, including t=0.
