Say I upgraded to a capable system, would the GTX 745 support cuda mercury playback? What about the GT 1030? Do you have the low profile version? My mom bought me the PC (i went with her ofcourse) there were alot pc-s at the same price with much lower components , when i saw 16gb ram i7 and gtx 745 i tought it's a good one so i bought it . The ram and the i7 is good right ? :) all i need to change is the video card , i can't do it right now because i don't have my own money and my mom would kill me if i tell her :D so i`ll have to wait . I am not a gamer. That being said I am very happy with this Nvidia card. I used it in a new build of a an old dual processor SuperMirco system. I am running Linux Mint 20.3 and the card was plug and play. I had no issues and I was pleasing surprised. Nice quality picture and performs very well for everyday tasks. I am thinking about getting a second card for my next build.
