Maybe this should go under the Maple15 wish list?

A menu box that displays a list of currently defined values made by the user and any attributes the user may have assigned to them. 

I'm not sure a command exists to display a list of values a user has already assigned to particular variables.  This menu box would display and keep track of the user variables and show current values and attributes.  A reminder box if you will.  So if the user went to calculate some equation without using restart and got some unexpected value, he could have a look in the menu box to see if he had some variable previously set.
