How can I get and install grtensor for MAPLE12 on WIN7 32bit platform,

I tried with http://grtensor.phy.queensu.ca, downloaded grtii6.exe, now how to proceed further???

How can I calculate GR tensors and geodesic equations for adS schwarzschild spacetime.

How can I've shaded region with non-linear inequality, I have some potential function like V(r)=(1-2Me-2lr+q2e-4lr) and I want to shade area between this & x-axis,

when I'm doing it with inequlityplot, it says that inequality should be linear.

I am using maple (version 12) for the first time.  I want equations of x and y ( in terms of a) from these two given equations. The equations I got are very complex, how to simplify these equations?

From Equation#1, i find "y"

  

Now i put y in Equation#2

and from that euation, i can get x



but these equations are very complex..

I simply want to find the equations of x and y..
How to simplify it?

 

 

 

I want to make a plot of this function sine and imaginary cosine below,

psi(x):=sin(k*x)+I*k*l[2]*cos(k*x);

where

k:=n*pi/L;
 
L=1,n=1,l[2]=1;

plot(psi(x),x=0..5);

Plotting error, empty plot.

i always recieve this Error. Can someone help me with this. You can take any range of x including Pi if you wish , and as well provide me with refrences Text book on ploting functions if He/She knows. Looking forward for feedbacks. i can not display web correctly, What's wrong with me?

Hi ,,,,  I think it is a bug in Maple   "try to calculate int(abs(x-2),x);   ... does not give a right answer

I want to use Maple (dsolve command) to solve this problem, how do I input the command? Part (a) is enought.

I have tried the command, but Maple says "Warning, for {u(t)} arbitrary the system is inconsistent".

How does one find a formula that  fits a given set of data  to the best advantage in Maple?

In case of MATLAB i can write

But, how to write and create matrix in this form using Maple?

How to create a polynomial for the curve fitting of the 3D plot in Maple?

I have following data

I have quite big problem with results processing from dsolv. 

reseni := dsolve(numeric, number = nclas, procedure = PopBal, start = 0, initial = inicon, procvars = dvars, range = 0 .. tend)

If I want a results from "reseni" in "tend" 

results(tend);

I got this one:

[t = 5., n[1](t) = 0.803965539772492772e-1, n[2](t) = 0.108666500575795332e-4,.........]

Now i dont know at all how I can work...

I would like to use Maple to expand the polynomial (1+x[1]+y[1])*(1-x[1])*(1-y[1])*(1+x[2]+y[2])*(1-x[2])*(1-y[2])*(1+x[3]+y[3])*(1-x[3])*(1-y[3])*(1+x[4]+y[4])*(1-x[4])*(1-y[4]). This is dreadfully complicated, but things are simplified by the fact that (in my situation) each x[i] and y[i] disappears when squared (x[i]^2 = y[i]^2 = 0 for all i). Is there a way to make Maple factor this into the computation?

I am getting the floating point error during the job running. it happens instantly for the first fopen command and after some calculations it happens for the second fopen command also.

I would be appreciated if you could help  me in this regards,
