I asked a question about importing a matrix with symbolic entries the other day.  Just got email saying there had been a reply.  But I can't find my question or that reply!  ............Edgar

If one looks in the profile of Rouben Rostamian , then one sees that any search in his Posts, Questions, Answers, and Replies is linked with MaplePrimes only. I informed  MaplePrimes staff about that disturbance without any effect. Using the opportunity, I'd like to pay attention of MaplePrimes users to many clones in the forum. This is a problem for ages: clones vote up themselves and impose one's opinion on  others. Several years ago some clones were deleted. It would be nice to continue that process.

Avatar images are displayed with fixed size. When scaling the font, the title is offended by the avatar image. Please change this behaviour.

I suspect you have forgotten to update the lists for MapleSim "2017" you seem to stop at "MapleSim 2016", while I hear from your local office that MapleSim 2018 is "just around the corner" ...

Does MAPLEPrimes or MAPLESoft host a discussion forum on mathematics in general?  I know this site generally supports troubleshooting & code application.  I have had a couple of instances where I have posted a question that gets no responses because the question may fall outside the perview or objectives of troubleshooting & code application.  Perhaps I should pose these questions elsewhere?

The Maple Math button is not working for me in the MaplePrimes editor.  No matter what I enter as Maple Expression, I get You have entered an invalid Maple expression, no preview, and nothing is inserted.  The same goes for the Maple Plot button. 

I'm using Firefox 58.0.1 under Windows 10 (64 bit), but this also occurs with Internet Explorer.

There was a spam button that allowed a user with enough points to delete spam. It appears to have gone away, now we can just flag stuff as spam.

In LPSolve, I have solutions returned in matrix form that contain elements that are negligible (values close to zero).

Is there a simple way to convert and reduce these values to zero in the matrix (rather than return the exact values)?

We added a small new feature to MaplePrimes that will make it easier to tag other members in your questions, posts and comments.

To use the feature, type "@" in a message. If you wait a moment, a list of names will be populated, starting with members who are participating in the current thread, followed by other members ordered by reputation. You can also begin to type after the "@" to search for a particular member. Similar to the above, members who match your search who are in the current thread will appear first, followed by others.

If you are tagged in this way, an indication will appear in your notifications pane.

how do you answer people's questions on here to get the points?

Try More/GeneratePDF  in  the menu under  a post/question. See screen_26.09.17.docx as an example of a result. Also Adobe Acrobat Reader fails with it. That was submitted to MaplePrimes staff through the Contact  button at the bottom of this page. I obtained no feedback from them.

I have noticed that I don't receive e-mails anymore when contributions are submitted to my subscriptions.
I used to.
Has this happened to anyone else?

It is embarrasing to have asked somebody a question and gotten a reply you are not made aware of.

What to do about it?

None of those things is true. Using those same credentials, I am able to log in to Maple Cloud in my office but not from home. 

Has anyone else had this problem or know of a solution?

Running Maple 2017 in office on Windows 7 and at home on Windows 10.

Office copy is through a site license purchased by my university. Home copy is a personal home-use copy obtained through the Maple Adoption program.
