Question: Celestial Mechanics and Vector Calculus (am very rusty)

I am reading a book "The Foundatiosn of  Celestial Mechanics" available to download here http://ads.harvard.edu/books/1989fcm..book/  in pdf. There some excerise questions to do at the end of each chapter. I'm at the end of Ch 1! I haven't used the VectorCalculus side of Maple (16) and am rusty on the subject, (read as did 30 years ago)

How would i do this question?

Find the components of vector A=Del x (Del x B) in spherical coordinates   B is a vector

Earlier it defines for Sperical Coordinates Orthogonal Line Elements   dr, rd(theta)   rsin(theta)d(phi). Don't know if that is actualy relevant to the question.
