We still use MapleTA where we have begun using shared classes more.  Today I saw something which might have been visible before, but which I did not understand:

  • There is a "master" class with no students.
  • That master class has been shared to set up class A where there are active students, and the first assignment is locked by two users right now.
  • In class B, also a daughter of the master class, there are no users. Still the first assignment is locked, presumably from the the two uses in class A.

Isn't this strange?
