Thanks for the all the help. The update fixes my issues. 

On the very slim chance that you are un-aware, there still remain a few small problems (Probably related to the other issue you mentioned earlier). 

Simplify(Dgamma[0]*Dgamma[1]*Dgamma[0]*Dgamma[2]) = - Gamma[1] Gamma[4]^2 Gamma[2]

-Doesn't simplify the squares

Also

Simplify(Dgamma[0]*Dgamma[0]*Dgamma[1]) = tmp

I just thought I'd point these out.
