Customer Support just replied to me that if I want to use Maple on Catalina, I have to upgrade to Maple 2019. And pay for it of course. Maple 2018 won't work on Catalina so only option is to downgrade to Mojave. 

I think it stinks, to be honest. I bought Maple 2018 less than a year ago and now it's basically EOL'ed unless I use an older OS. I would upgrade Maple, but I'm not paying for it again...
