I am trying to replicate the Parrondo paradox which can be found for example here books.google.co.uk/books and
here math.ucsd.edu/~dmeyer/research/publications/noisyqPg/noisyqPg.pdf
However it is quite difficult to replicate the results:

I assume that y=0.5 p=0.5 p1=0.1 p2=0.6 and the payouts are +1 and -1. The idea is to combine two losing games into
a wining game. The result is counter intuitive and I must say I find it hard to replicate the result.
