how to find concavity of f(t)=(800-t)t/(100+t)

how do you draw a function r=sin(alpha) using animate and "polarplot".

i have a function f(alpha)=1+2cos5alpha, i had no trouble plotting f(alpha), but when i try to plot f(alpha.t) i keep getting empty plot.

please help
