Maplesoft just announced that a new version of Maple has been released that works on Intel based Macs. Unveiled earlier this year, the Intel chips allow Mac users to compute with increased speed and agility. Maple 10, Maplesoft’s flagship product, is the most powerful and intuitive tool for solving complex mathematical problems and creating rich, executable technical documents. Maple users operating on the Intel-based Mac platform will benefit from significantly reduced start-up times, improved speed in rendering 2-D mathematics, and real-time 3-D plot manipulation that is both faster and smoother.
