Why Maple doesn´t give two solutions

Question:Why Maple doesn´t give two solutions

Hi every one,

I am using Maple 7 because I am running Windows XP

I believe this equation:

> solve( 1.15=exp(-xi*Pi/(sqrt(1-xi^2))), xi);

has two solutions: xi=+0.4444364945e-1 and xi=-0.4444364945e-1

but Maple only gives -0.4444364945e-1

Why?? And how can I get the two solutions?? Thanks before hand by your comments.
