I have a nested list like this,

Spectrums:=[ [graph1,eigenvalue of the graph1] , [graph2,eigenvalue of the graph2], ... ,[graphN,eigenvalue of the graphN] ]

What is the easiest / efficient way to group the list with respect to second value (eigenvalue)?
