how do I use maple 12 to solve this equation

I need help please

y"  + y = f(t) , where f(t) =        0,    0<= t < pi

                                                   1,   pi <= t < 2pi, y(0)  = 0 , y ' (0)  1

                                                      0,     t >=  2pi

NOTE:   <= MEANS LESS THAN EQUAL

      >= GREATER THAN QUAL
