pochhammer to GAMMA - MaplePrimes

Question:pochhammer to GAMMA

convert( (z)_n, GAMMA) does not give the desired GAMMA(z+n)/GAMMA(z).

Instead of Maple gives the answer (z)_n.

How could I obtain the GAMMA form?
