@Carl Love thanks. It kinda worked, but the output file was buggy, so I ve managed to open it only after conversion to pdf via console. Foxit Reader simply freezes (with my 32 gb RAM), but Illustrator opens it with a small complain (An unknown imaging construct was encountered). Still I can't use it in Latex, because it will definetely cause problems by compilation. Manual drawing is my only choice then.
