Exactly, that's the Build ID I have. I contacted Maple Support and I was answered that maybe the copy I'd bought was corrupted (??) and they sent me another link (I think it was exactly the same). Nothing worked.

Regarding the context panel, when I place the cursor on numbers, functions... as I used to do in Maple 2018, I don't get the possibilities I have (diff, integrate....), just a few lines that lead you to Maple help.

@ThU, Thank you so much for you answer, but I can't make it work. When I try to install the update it says I've already have Maple 2019.2 installed, and when I try to carry on with the process, a por up says "Could not find a valid Maple 2019 installation". As far as I know, Maple is well installed. What surprised me most is that nobody has this same problem, I feel stupid.
