@Carl Love  nops data worked as well, much better than just using 1..25

I got it to work, to spit out the equation! Thank you.

But my third, the diagonal/Euclidean minizing line is not working.

Here is what I currently have now: Error.mw The +14.~~~ is the correct y intercept. No slope was compute though.

Here is the computations that produce the line: Euclidean.mw

And instead of a fixed number like 25, can I make it nops(data), so it just does the quantity of the data?

Is there a way to write one's own code to do this, instead of using Linfit?

@acer

Yes, indeed it is. Okay, I suppose I was getting ahead of myself there then.

The recursive is employed though by reversing the elements before the f, and then just taking the f out and putting it in front of the reversed elements?

It seems like a silly thing to do. Although you're right, that is what the assignment asks for, so I suppose it's silly.

Why would one take out f, and reverse abcde? Why not directly just reverse adcde and just take that?

How exactly were you able to correctly perform this? (Or just some more guidance please)
