Thank you for your answers! You helped to figure out that I in fact was missing something in my screen (consequentially, probably missing something in my priviliges). First thing on Monday I found our local Maple TA support:

In the Maple TA system I was under a "student",

we changed that to "instructor", and now I can easily access and modify my questions.

Thank you for the answer! So I think I've made a group and it has a name. I choose it when submitting my question. However, I still can't locate the question in the repository, or when trying to make an aassigment. Once I fix the "saving questions" issue, I hope your way to pull questions will work.
