But my problem is something else.I am trying to put 2 differential equations into one. i.e. de4.  I want to modify it according to my value of r(t). and the constarint is shown in maple program.

How to put the condition on the differential equation so that it gets modified according to the value of r(t).

I need to plot one graph i.e. which plots r(t) in these two differnt conditions,means calculating from different differential equations.

I am attaching maple worksheet again.
