one way is to use elimation ideals although i have no idea how to use them in maple, it is definitly possible in singular which is free. By using elimination ideals u actually get all algebraic relations between the polynomials, but i think the linear relations need to be some of the generators of the ideal too since they have minimal degree.

As I said i cant help u doing this in maple, but it should be possible. Maybe u can google it.
