The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're seeking a robot vacuum and mop that's middle-of-the-road. It's a great mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the advanced features of its more expensive counterpart. During testing it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium pile. It doesn't employ LIDAR, however, as cheaper models do to locate your home. 1. best rated robot vacuum is one of the top-rated robots. It offers impressive cleaning power and numerous features, including an automatic dirt bin built into its charging base. The robot will learn your habits for cleaning and suggest automatic schedules that will give you an effortless cleaning experience. The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning process at the push of one button. You can select an overall clean that focuses on the removal of large debris such as cereal and rice, or opt for two detailed maps of your area to ensure that your entire home is properly arranged. This robot vacuum is effective on floors that are unfinished and carpets with low pile. It is able to pick up pet hair and clean big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpets however, iRobot promises that the next models will be better. The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that concentrates on improving corner and edge cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that adopts a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes this will allow it to be able to hug walls and furniture. It's a great improvement over the hockey puck-like design of the majority of robovacs. However, we discovered it to be only incrementally better than circular models. iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with an advanced filtration system, which prevents microscopic particles and allergens recirculating in your home. It's a nice claim, however, we're not convinced that it's enough to justify the price cost. Its intelligent navigation system makes use of a combination of sensors to remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to stay clear of obstacles, like staircases and other barriers, and to clean up your whole home in the most efficient manner possible. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, and establish virtual boundary markers, so it can recognize areas that require more attention. 2. Roborock Q Revo Roborock Q Revo is a robot that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are as effective as those on higher-end models and its mopping system is even better. Its spinning pads do a much better job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibration pad. The only drawback is that it lacks a second rubber brush for deeper cleaning, but that's an affordable cost to pay for if you want one of the best robots available. The robo-vac's dust tank is also larger than many of its competitors and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it, even at the highest dirt level. As for the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has, which are less aggressive than the more powerful ones, generate very little noise, which allows you to work or even watch television without interruption. If it encounters the wall or a furniture piece it gently smacks into it and moves forward. The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and automatically transfers garbage into a bin hidden. It also washes, dries and refills the clean water tank. The app will only inform you when something is wrong for example, the water tank being empty or a canceled vacuuming session due to an empty bin. You can also create and combine rooms to modify how the Q Revo manages your home. This feature is helpful if you have different flooring in different areas of your home, or if you need to regularly get rid of clutter like clothes, toys, and books. The robot vacuum was also among the top performers in my tests, picking up debris on both carpets as well as hardwood floors with the first attempt. It can even vacuum up wet spills however I would recommend wiping them dry with a cloth before sending the robot into. 3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum with all the features you could need. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum that has powerful suction that cleans hard and carpet floors, plus the mop's rotating design that can scrub tough staining. It also has an automatic cleaning station that cleans and empty the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for reuse. It also has a new sensor system that better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture and other objects. The biggest improvement to the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the sleeker, modern design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot is still quite large. It is more than two feet in height and depth and weighs in at least four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot J7. This model is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and cleans 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also has a bigger and more durable dustbin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty. The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that can be used even when you're not at home. It also has more mopping modes and a smart routing feature that allows you to clean certain rooms or areas of your home instead of just following a set path. The X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested thanks to its rotating mop pads that remove tough stains and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding, and it also increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It also has a massive battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as efficient as anything we've seen in an ordinary robot. 4. Dreametech L10s Ultra The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium mop and robot vacuum that comes with a range of features that you do not often find on robots of this price range. It is able to build detailed floor maps, detect different flooring types and is one of the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. But while these functions are nice to have, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the category of luxury, which might make it a little more expensive than some homeowners need. Created to resemble a modern floor cleaner designed to look like a modern floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish accented by mirror plating and silver elements. The front of the machine has an enormous bumper that shields the vacuum cleaner and furniture while moving around your home. In the pane in the front is additional navigation technology that is comprised of sensors that help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles. On the top of the screen, you'll find a single button that essentially acts as an on/off switch. By pressing this button, you can activate the vacuum, while clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The center of the control panel is the circular menu which allows you to select cleaning modes or schedules, as well as preferences. The left and right buttons will open the settings of the app which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home. The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination of LIDAR and
