I am using Maple 2016.2, and in the following example, which avoids non-rational powers, 

with(NumberTheory);
with(padic);
InhomogeneousDiophantine([[.2922924935, .8274303672, .9797464868], [.9797464868, 0.07937323362, .8274303672]],[85.65320510, 89.21577825],[10^(-3),10^(-3)]);

I still get the same error message:

Error, (in IntegerRelations:-LLL) must have a non-negative size in each dimension
 

How can I get the example to work? (or should I pose that as a new question?)
