it was a tutorial problem i had for a biomathematics course. Its a question based on population modelling and harvesting.

a*y is the exponential growth term, -b*y^2 is the growth limit (once it gets overcrowded there is less growth) and the sin term is the periodic harvesting and restocking of the population (in this case fish)
