This is not the matter that whether matrix is symmetric or not. what i want to do is that i want to put the attribute mean in M matrix instead of ? Mean of column 1 of ur M matrix is 5.0000 (10/2.. ignoring missing value) what i want do is to replace ? by 5.0000 Sincerely, Fahim
