Thank your very much for your answers. I will be more concrete now. As Doug explains, when you make a 3d plot in Maple, having two variables, the data are evaluated on a 25x25 grid. When you extract the data to a file in the way described by Schivnorr, you get series of 25 points in parentheses, corresponding to the values of the functions for a single value of one of the variables, and sweeping the values of the other variable. I would like to generate a .txt file with every (x,y,z) point of the plot in three columns so they could be directly imported in an Origin worksheet. Is that possible?
