The sun beat down on the dusty roads of Surin, turning my helmet into a sizzling pan. But the heat couldn't dampen my excitement as I zipped along on my trusty motorbike, the scent of blooming kratiet flowers trailing in my wake. Today wasn't just any day, it was English Month, and my Grade 3 class was ready to gallop into a world of language adventures, all thanks to our local mascot, the mighty buffalo! Reaching the school, I was greeted by a cacophony of "Good morning, Kru Paew!" The classroom walls were adorned with vibrant silk tapestries, whispering tales of Surin's rich heritage. My students, dressed as adorable buffalo calves complete with horns and bells, were a sight to behold. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and I knew this was going to be a day to remember.
