great thanks for answering. but this is another problem with it: how to combine our wish of delaying evaluation of the integral with the need of constucting Fourier series sum. how could we do that? theese variants doesn't work: sum((limit(BB, n = i))*cos(i*x), i = 0 .. infinity) sum(value(eval(B, n = i))*cos(i*x), i = 0 .. infinity) the answer is this: sum(12*cos((1/2)*Pi*i)*cos(i*x)/(Pi*(-9+i^2)), i = 0 .. infinity) and not just cos(3x). could we get by some means? thank you!
