I have the same problem approx. last two weeks. When I open any document, I am able to run in only once or not anymore. Ribbon is unresponsive, in Task manager mserver is still "running" after Maple is correctly closed. I think it has to do something with last Windows update in August.

@alex_b , I have university licence of MapleFlow 2025, I have checked box for download of Migration Assistant, but only MapleFlow Trial download link was apear, nothink about Migration Assistant. Please check if this webform is working correctly.

I was trying to download Migration Assistant, but I received only link for download of Maple Flow trial, Migration Assistant was not included. Please check it.
