I began off morning meditation in age of 28. At that time, I was residing in Manhattan and doing work to an IT company. I had been earning very good but without any more inner peace. It was a demanding job. Afterwards the friend of mine that visited India recently for a meditation retreat clarified the advantages of meditation. I had been somewhat fat then and she guided me personally to club meditation with yoga. This helped me reduce more fat out of my physique.
