Thanks a lot for the response. Actualy the objective function is made up, I just wanted to give some ilustrative example of my problem (sorry for the misleading). In fact I have a continuous function but too complex and it has to be written in form of procedure . I wanted to try if this could work  but I get error message: Error, (in Optimization:-NLPSolve) constraints must be specified as a set or list of  procedures. I don't know how to write it to make it working.
